The purpose of this survey is to find out more about how Atos and Capita are carrying out medical assessments for personal independence payment (PIP), so that we can help people be prepared for poor practice by health professionals.

If you’ve had your PIP decision, as well as a medical, we also want to find out more about that.

This survey is entirely anonymous and the results will only be shared in terms of the percentages who gave answers to particular questions.
