NAMI Minnesota is collecting information on how people hear about our Young Adult NAMI Connection support group program, perceive this and other mental health support groups, and what populations we are reaching.
To participate in this survey, you must:
• Be 16-30 years of age
• Have a diagnosable mental illness(s) or identify as having a mental illness(s)
• Currently live in Minnesota
• Have or have not attended a support group before or currently.
