Welcome to the National Day Nurseries Association’s 3rd annual workforce survey. Ahead of the 2015 general election we need your feedback on the issues affecting your sector and your views on training, staffing and the pressures you are facing around these areas.
Your views could give us the substantial evidence we need to lobby and work alongside policy makers and the new government to help shape the future landscape for early years employers and practitioners. Please take some time to complete this survey and in return for your time we will enter you into a draw to win one of these great prizes:

• £100 of online training with NDNA
• A set of Sensory Balls, worth £25, kindly donated by Hope Education
• One of five box sets of Jenny Mosley’s Golden Rules books.

All information you share with us will be held in the strictest confidence, but don’t forget to enter your email address in the box at the end if you wish to be entered into the prize draw. Data will only be shared once it has been consolidated and therefore will be totally anonymous.

The closing date for this survey is 5pm on Thursday 30 April.
