Missouri WebEOC Annual User Survey 2015 |
Introduction
Thank you for participating in this years WebEOC End User survey. Your input is critical to constantly improving WebEOC and assuring it is meeting the needs of local, regional and statewide users.
In an effort to gain as much data as possible, this survey consists of 40 questions. The questions are grouped on separate pages and include: Basic information about you and your WebEOC use, Training, Positions, System Configuration and Future Development and IMX connect (the mobile app) and notifications. If you are willing to be contacted with follow up questions please include your contact information on the final page.
You may wish to briefly skim the questions prior to beginning the survey. Only a few questions in the first section, About You, are required. Once you begin you will not able to save and return later to complete it, so please allow yourself ample time. The survey will close at the end of April.
