Dear lawyers,
Thank you for attending the Experience the Magic of TLC Seminar.
Before you complete this evaluation, please read these instructions carefully.
1. DEADLINE: Please complete this evaluation by FRIDAY, JULY 5. You may enter the survey more than once, but we need your final responses by July 5.
2. PLATFORM/DEVICE: SurveyMonkey surveys are presently optimized for use on computers, laptops, iPhones, iPod Touches and iPads, as well as most mainstream browsers (e.g., Internet Explorer, Safari, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox). This means you should have no trouble answering the survey on these platforms/devices with a web browser. PLEASE DO NOT complete this survey on other media or mobile devices such as Android, Blackberry, Treo, Palm, etc.
3. CLE DOCUMENTS: By July 30, Michele will email you five documents (attendance record for CLE credit, CLE approval notice from the Wyoming State Bar, course syllabus, staff list, student list) you may need to apply for CLE credits. While she needs your name for CLE purposes, your responses will be anonymous when they are shared with TLC's staff and board of directors.
4. EVALUATION SUBMISSION: To submit your responses, click the "Done" button at the bottom of the evaluation. (You are required to answer all questions, except for question #2 and #17. Error messages will be displayed in red font. Errors must be corrected before your responses can be submitted.) When your browser loads the TLC homepage, you will know your responses have been successfully submitted.
