Dear Windward Family,
Thank you for helping make the Summer Guide a useful tool for Windward parents planning their children's summer activities! The Summer Guide is a comprehensive directory of hundreds of summer activities, camps, and test prep programs, personally reviewed by Windward parents.
Please answer the following brief questions about your children's recent summer experiences. If you have more than one child, fill out the survey separately for each.
If you have middle/upper school-aged children attending other schools and want us to know their experiences, please fill out a survey for them, too.
Your information will be included in the new Summer Guide database, which will be compiled and shared with families later in the 2014-2015 school year.
