Dear Williston Parents,

You are an essential partner in the education of your children.  As we strive to improve the programs we offer every year, your input is important.  Please take a few minutes to provide us with feedback on ways you feel we can enhance the education of your children.

The information you provide us through this survey is extremely useful as we set goals and create actions plans for the upcoming year. Teachers use this information to improve educational delivery and communication between students, teachers and families. The administration uses your feedback to target school-wide improvements.  The school Climate Committee and PBiS  Committee (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports)  use this data to prepare their action plans for the upcoming year. The results of this survey will be shared with you in the fall of 2015-2016 school year.

If you have children in more than one house, please complete a separate survey for each house. If your children are in the same house, it is your choice whether your feedback can be best represented in one or more surveys.

Thank you in advance for your time and ideas. To have your valuable input included, please complete this survey by Friday, May 29th.

Sincerely,

Walter Nardelli
District Principal
