In recognition of outstanding scholars among qualified nursing students, the Kappa Phi Chapter-at-Large Scholarship Committee wishes to announce a call for applicants. Scholarships in the amount of $200 each will be awarded to two St Cloud State University and two College of St Benedict/St John's University undergraduate nursing students. One scholarship will also be awared to one graduate nursing student in the amount of $200. The scholarship winners will be announced at the Kappa Phi Chapter-at-Large Fall Induction and Award Ceremony on October 28, 2015 at CentraCare Winfeldt Room.

Criteria for selection of the recipients include invitation and acceptance of membership to Kappa Phi chapter-at-large, academic achievement of 3.0 or above, professional achievement, and financial need. These criteria should be supported by the following submissions:
1) The completed application form (below)
2) Letters of recommendation from two faculty and one professional associate
3) Copies of official transcripts of undergraduate or graduate work
