You are voting for the new BLTG Chair, the BLTG Hepatology Transplant Representative and the BLTG Nurse Representative (x2 posts).

1. Chair
The BLTG Chair is elected to serve for a period of up to three years and may be re-elected once. The BLTG Chair is a member of the BASL Governing Board.

Your candidates are:
- Professor Nigel Heaton, Consultant Liver Transplant Surgeon, King's College Hospital, London
- Professor Darius Mirza, Consultant Transplant and Hepatobiliary Surgeon, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham
- Mr Dinesh Sharma, Consultant Liver Transplant and HPB Surgeon, Royal Free Hospital, London
- Professor Simon Taylor-Robinson, Professor of Translational Medicine, Imperial College London

2. Hepatology Transplant Representative
The Hepatology Transplant Representative will serve for a period of three years and two years alternating and may be re-elected once.

Your candidates are:
- Dr Gideon Hirschfield, Senior Lecturer/ Consultant Transplant Hepatologist, University of Birmingham
- Dr Steven Masson, Consultant Transplant Hepatologist, Freeman Hospital, Newcastle
- Dr Abid Suddle, Consultant Hepatologist and Transplant PhysicianKing's College Hospital, London
- Dr Rachel Westbrook, Consultant Hepatologist, Royal Free Hospital, London
 
3. Nurse Representative (x2 posts)
The Nurse Representatives will serve for a period of two years and may be re-elected once.  The two Nurse Representatives will comprise one transplant co-ordinator and one nurse and will represent patient care before and after liver transplantation, respectively.

Your candidates are:
- Sarah Coate, Liver Transplant Coordinator, King's College Hospital, London
- Ania Dabrowska, HPB Clinical Nurse Specialist/ Liver and Renal Transplant Coordinator, London Bridge Hospital
- Kate Jones, Liver Transplant Coordinator, St James' University Hospital, Leeds
- Katie Ramos, Liver Transplant Assessment Nurse & HCC Nurse, Derriford Hospital, Plymouth

So we can verify that you are part of the selected electorate, please simply enter your name and place of work when prompted at the end of the survey.

IMPORTANT: Your vote will only be counted if you are a verified member of the electorate.

Those eligible to vote (Hepatologists, Surgeons, Anaesthetists, Pharmacists, Pathologists, Radiologists, Transplant Coordinators/Nurse Specialists, Fellows and Trainees in accredited positions, all actively working in Transplant Centres) and who have not received the electorate communication directly can still vote in this election.
