1. Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. The purpose of this survey is to find four people to feature in a two minute promotional video for the RACV Great Victorian Bike Ride 2014.

The four people will be required for two days, including an overnight stay, and all expenses will be paid. The filming will take place in the next five weeks at a secret location. Each rider will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement as the 2014 route and video will not be revealed until Rest Day on this year's RACV Great Victorian Bike Ride.

All Bicycle Network members in the Melbourne metro area will be considered and preference will be given to past RACV Great Vic riders.

We are looking for people who look like a typical RACV Great Vic rider so we do request a photo of yourself and, if applicable, your riding friend/partner.

Due to the large amount of expected interest, we will be contacting only those riders who we think are the most suitable to be featured.

Survey length: 15 or 20 questions
Time to complete: 5-10 minutes
