* 1. In the efforts to achieve a fair and equitable Agreement consistent with our established system of governance and employment relationships, I support the AAUP negotiating team. I am confident that the AAUP negotiating team is representing my best interests as an AAUP Bargaining Unit Member. I urge the administration to negotiate in the same spirit of shared commitment to these principles that has led to an era of progress and good labor relationships at Rider University.
