Introduction
Thank you so much for agreeing to take this survey. It is designed to collect data about issues of race and ethnicity in the United States. All data collected will be used to help students in LAS 189 at Parkland College during the spring of 2014.
Participation on any of these questions is voluntary; which means that you do not have to answer any questions if you do not want to. All responses will be kept anonymous. We are not requesting any identifying information, and the results of this survey will only be presented as a summary of all results.
