We are conducting a research study to compare in person and online library instruction. We invite you to participate by including your responses from this questionnaire in our research. The survey will take no longer than 20 minutes to complete.

Your responses will be anonymous and the contact information collected will be separated from the survey itself. The results of this study may be used in reports, presentations, or publications but your name will not be known. Results will only be shared in the aggregate form. Your participation is voluntary. If you choose not to participate or to withdraw from the study at any time, there will be no penalty. You must be 18 or older to participate. There are no foreseeable risks or discomforts to your participation.
