Thank you for participating in the Accreditation Self-Study Student Survey. Your responses will help us understand how you are experiencing EVC’s Strategic Initiative: Student Centeredness. EVC Associated Students government reviewed and approved the survey questions.
As a token of appreciation, you will be invited at the end of the survey to enter an optional raffle. There will be seven gift certificates from the Campus store in amounts ranging from $20.00 - $50.00.
The survey itself is anonymous but to enter the raffle, you are asked to fill out the contact form at the end of the survey.
