We are interested in the infrastructure and policies used within the VT units. We aim to determine the range of policies and establish best practices that can be developed into recommended guidelines for paediatric VT safety.
Please only complete this questionnaire if you are the paediatric VT lead, or their representative, for your hospital or if you have responsibility for admitting and managing patients undergoing VT.
