Community Assessment Survey

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey. Portland has a long history of civic participation through the neighborhood system. Unfortunately, standard neighborhood participation does not always work for people with disabilities. Portland's Office of Neighborhood Involvement is currently working to get Portland's disability community involved through supporting a restructure of the Connecting Communities Coalition. The City is partnering with the CCC to try and create an organization for people with disabilities that would provide them the same voice that other Portlanders have through their neighborhood associations. The following survey is to get an idea of what you think the disability community would need to fully participate. Your responses will provide us with the valuable information we need to proceed with a strategic planning process.
