The Hub Survey

Thank you for taking this 12-question survey. You will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for one of two Amazon.com gift cards at the end of the survey. Survey responses are requested by May 29.

This survey was created by Team Hub, five librarians collaborating on a project through the ILEAD USA program via the State Library of Ohio. ILEAD encourages librarians of all types to work together to create programs, services, or tools that will improve library and archive services. 

Team Hub is: Astrid Olfenbuttel Huber, lead librarian at Old Worthington Library; Beth Hatch, virtual services manager at Cleveland Public Library, Kristin Anderson, youth services manager at Columbus Public Library's Northern Lights branch, Tamara Murray, web content librarian at Westerville Public Library, and Emily Glenn, corporate librarian at the Association of College and University Housing Officers-International. Here is a brief video explaining Team Hub's project. It is not necessary to watch the video to complete the survey.
