The Co-op/CEHL Agreement (CCA) is the legal document which describes your Co-ops and CEHL's mutual obligations. The CCA Review is to find out:
How well each party performs within the CCA; and,
How we can make improvements.
This stage of the review is about CEHL and each Co-op reviewing its own performance against the olbigations as described in the CCA. This booklet has been put together to help you assess how well you are meeting your obligations.
