2009 Study Background Information

The 2009 survey updated our previous Sales Force of the Future Studies which also focused on the evolving development needs of your suppliers' "Key Account Managers" in the changing marketplace. Although he/she may hold a different title in any given organization, we are focused on the person who manages your business for their organization.

Study Objective

The objective is to identify those skills, capabilities and attributes a "Key Account Manager" will need to meet your expectations in the next three to five years. Organizations can use this information to prepare their "Key Account Managers" to meet those needs.
