EANE Salary Budget Survey 2014 - 2015.

Thank you for your interest in participating in our 2014-2015 Wage and Salary Adjustment Survey (otherwise known as our "Wage Trends" survey).

Unlike our other market surveys that are designed to collect market pay information on given positions, this survey seeks feedback on adjustments that have been made during the July, 2013/June, 2014 period as well as those that you foresee occurring during the July, 2014/June, 2015 period on such subjects as:

Average Pay Changes
Average Rate Structures
Promotional Increases
Variable Pay
and more!!!

The questionnaire is short and takes only a couple of minutes to fill out. Your participation is important even if you are not planning pay changes.
