Seeking a responsible PART-TIME highly organized, dynamic, all-around Personal Assistant / Virtual Assistant. (Interns may apply here as well) who understands online marketing (as well as a sense of fashion + style) and wants to be part of our online team--- not an ad hoc worker looking to book some hours. 

This opportunity is BOTH Virtual + on site. NYC based preferred; must be available & accountable during EST business hours.

Fashion AND online marketing experience are preferred, experience working with a coach is an extra plus.

But the ability to understand that Adminstrative Skills are part of a real day, along with Content Management, Outreach, Online Business Management, Direct Response Marketing,and Customer Service; Wordpress & SEO a big plus.

Perfect for a take charge, drama-free, highly organized, multi-tasker who knows how to get the job done effectively AND on time with an erring eye for ageless style.

You need to be both the gatekeeper and the welcoming committee; proactive to discovering faster, better, smarter online business tools + opportunities, as well as reactive to respond to what comes in at hand.

*** Most days will be spent working virtually during New York (EST) business hours on your own computer (Mac preferred). ***

Work hours can vary between 10-20 hours a week depending on project.

However, candidates who are able to work on site at home office in Manhattan at least one day a week are strongly preferred. Perfect for a NYC metro area resident who is take charge to work when not supervised from home.
