The mission of the Networking Forum is to develop committed professional relationships that result in long term business opportunities for its members.

Please fill out the following application in order to be considered for placement. Once your application is received, you will be contacted by an MMAC representative. Every effort will be made to place applicants expeditiously; however, extenuating circumstances may delay or prohibit placement.

Program requirements are as follows:
- Attendance at one hour group meetings every other week (lunch provided)
- Participation in pre-assigned one-on-one exchanges with an individual group member every other week
- $120 quarterly fee, payable in advance. You will receive an invoice once placed in a group
