1. INTRODUCTION
MindWise undertook a comprehensive consultation and planning process in 2011 which supported the development of our 2012 – 2017 Business Plan namely, Our Vision A Sea Change to Hope. At that time we were delighted that over 300 different people and organisations supported us to develop our vision. Nearly three years on we would like to ensure that our plan remains fit for purpose. We would welcome your thoughts and comments on our achievements to date and our objectives for the future.
The questionnaire is anonymous and you can feel confident in answering it openly and honestly. It is important that we receive the views of as many people as possible to ensure that our strategic Business Plan is fit for purpose and reflects the needs of our clients effectively.
The survey will take 15 minutes at most to complete and will be analysed using Survey Monkey Software. It will then be passed to our Project Team which has responsibility for overseeing the strategic Business Planning process.
