COPY WEDI 2015 Survey on ACOs and Health IT Capabilities DEMOGRAPHICS The WEDI Payment Models Workgroup and its ACO Task Force Leadership have created a survey to explore the state of health IT currently utilized across Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) nationwide. Survey questions focus on ACO demographics, IT infrastructure, contracting options, financial risk models and clinical management tools currently utilized by those organizations affiliated with or working alongside an ACO or ACO like organization. Anonymous responses are being solicited from all providers across the healthcare spectrum and care continuum. Results will provide the Payment Models Workgroup with direction on the needs of the market and outline opportunities for WEDI to best assist in the advancement of IT integration in ways that are both scalable and sustainable. Additionally, these findings will enable to Workgroup to develop a plan for issuing future Issue Briefs, White Papers and/or other related educational documents for the benefit of the industry.
