We're designing a 2 day bootcamp for new UX team managers. We imagine 2 days to address core aspects of managing your team. You'll develop a team charter, put together a skills matrix, create a targeted hiring plan, plan ongoing training of your team and create a strategy to sell UX into your organization targeted at your unique culture. We'll talk about the different approach to managing creatives and developers, working in Agile, plus common tools and deliverables. There will discussion with experienced managers and each other.
