United Methodist Local Church Ministries Survey

Thank you for agreeing to participate in this study of local church outreach ministries and Rethink Church. The survey results will be shared with the Connectional Table so that other parts of the church can benefit from the information. Results will also be given to the United Methodist News Service to include in future news articles they may produce.

This survey should take about 7 to 10 minutes of your time. Please note, if you serve more than one church, we would appreciate limiting your responses to your "primary" or larger congregation.
