The UCLA Library is planning instruction and services related to research data management. We appreciate your feedback in helping us tailor our instruction to the needs of the UCLA community.

The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will remain entirely anonymous. The first 24 respondents to the survey will receive a $20 Target gift card. Only current UCLA students, staff, and faculty are eligible to receive gift cards. Please do not complete this survey if you are not currently a UCLA student, staff, or faculty member.

For each of the data management tools or skills, please indicate:

  • the relevance of this tool to your work,
  • your current level of knowledge or expertise with this tool,
  • and the likelihood that you would attend a 1-hour workshop covering this tool.
