Thrive Chicago is a collective impact initiative that seeks to improve outcomes along the cradle-to-career continuum for all Chicagoans. One of the Change Networks within Thrive is focused on enabling young people to enter on a path to employment at living wages. More specifically, this group seeks to reduce the barrier that a law enforcement record presents in securing employment. One way to do this is increase the uptake of the record relief options available to young people with law enforcement records.
This training will equip you with the knowledge you need to connect your participants to appropriate services.
