The Ready for Business consortium is interested in highlighting the success of the Third Sector in winning contracts from the public sector, and in sharing good practice about the way that the public sector is creating an enabling environment through effective commissioning and procurement. We believe that it is important to share experiences of good practice in accessing public sector contracts either directly or as part of the supply chain.

Has your organisation won any public contracts? In what ways were you supported in accessing information about the forthcoming tender opportunity, in submitting a bid, and in the management of delivery of the contract?

We are therefore inviting Third Sector organisations in Scotland to submit Case Study proposals which if successful will be published by Ready for Business on its website (see http://readyforbusiness.org/case-studies)

If you are interested in submitting a case study proposal please complete the questions in this e-survey by close of play on Wed. 8th January 2014.
The criteria for selection of the three winners will be:
• Level of engagement with public sector commissioner or procurement staff
• Scope for development of community benefit clauses or social outcomes as part of tenders
• Clarity re learning either for Third Sector organisations or for Public Sector Commissioners/Procurers.

The three winning submissions will be offered a choice of prizes from Run Native:
http://www.runnative.co.uk

We will get back to the winners by the 15th January to agree on development of case studies for publishing on our website in early February.

If you require any clarification please contact us at Ready for Business, roddy@readyforbusiness.org or telephone 0141 425 2914.
