The leadership challenge
Thanks for taking part in our ThinkFM 2013 survey, the largest in the FM sector.
After the success of last year’s annual conference and research programme, we are again delighted to be working in association with BIFM. This year, the focus is on leadership.
The aim of this survey is to elicit the views of facilities management clients and service providers. The key findings will be presented at the ThinkFM conference on 10 June 2013 in London.
The survey consists of five easy-to-complete sections:
1. You and your organisation.
2. Leadership through great facilities management.
3. Talent in FM
4. Sustainable FM
5. Leadership in health and safety
Please complete as many of the sections as you are able to, although you can choose not to answer any questions not applicable to your circumstances. If you need to go and check the answer to a question, you can save your responses and come back to complete the survey later – it shouldn’t take you longer than 15 minutes to complete the whole survey.
In exchange for your participation, we will be very pleased to provide you with a copy of the summary report in June. Please remember to enter your email address for us to send this report through to you. One lucky person will also win a brand new Kindle Fire HD tablet!
Please note that individual responses to the survey will remain confidential. Findings will be aggregated and it will not be possible to identify individual survey responses in the published results.
