Pinehurst Avenue Snow Plowing Survey

In an effort to improve snow plowing service to your neighborhood, the City of Saint Paul is proposing to make Pinehurst Ave., from Snelling Ave. to Mount Curve Blvd., a Night Plow Route. This would mean parking would not be allowed on Pinehurst Ave. from 9 p.m.–8 a.m. during a Snow Emergency.
