Survivor consultation

Rape Crisis Scotland seeks to consult with survivors about their views on how a future Scotland might be improved for survivors of sexual violence.

This consultation comes in the context of debates around independence, and RCS is keen to ensure that survivors' views are represented in this debate. Rape Crisis Scotland does not hold a position on the outcome of the Referendum, and the results of this survey are solely intended to inform discussions with politicians and others on survivor priorities for a future Scotland.

This survey includes questions on three specific areas (the justice system, support services and public attitudes & culture) as well as a space for commenting on what you feel is the biggest priority in general - and any other comments.

What will happen with the results of the consultation?
Rape Crisis Scotland will publish the results on our website, and disseminate them via social media.
We hope that in doing so we will highlight survivors' views for politicians on both sides of the independence debate.

Please feel free to complete only those parts that you wish to comment on.

The closing date for responses is Monday 30th June 2014.

If you have any questions about this consultation please email info@rapecrisisscotland.org.uk.
