Wheelchair Services Cornwall - User Engagement |
Disability Cornwall - Get Involved
Wheelchair Services are changing, with a new and improved service, based in Cornwall, to be launched later this year.
Disability Cornwall, on behalf of the PCT, has been carrying out a series of events and surveys to find out what wheelchair users want from their service to ensure it is efficient and more person-centred. This has helped shape the model for the service that will be delivered in Cornwall.
In recognition that wheelchair users are the best experts in how wheelchair services should be run, the next stage of this process is to find out how you might want to become involved, with no formal obligation, on a more continuing basis. The PCT wants to develop ways in which you can feedback your views in ways to suit you, so that the service continues to improve and develop to best meet your needs.
Your views will really make a difference to wheelchair services in Cornwall, so please spare 10 minutes of your time to tell us what you think.
