ODTUG Leadership Program Application
In an effort to enhance the leadership skills of its members, ODTUG is pleased to announce the formation of the ODTUG Leadership Program. This six-month program will cover topics such as Leadership Styles, Effective Communication, Mentoring, Team Building, Goal Setting, and Accountability.
The submitted applications will be evaluated, and a small group will be chosen for the inaugural class based on the application as well as follow-up interviews.
All meetings of the ODTUG Leadership Program will be online. There will be a mandatory Opening Session in early January followed by six monthly sessions on the second Thursday of each month, January – June. An attendee may not miss more than one monthly meeting.
By submitting this application, you are indicating that you will devote the time and resources necessary to complete the program.
