Within six weeks after you complete and submit this evaluation, Michele will e-mail you four documents (attendance record for CLE credit, course syllabus, staff list, student list) you may need to apply for CLE credits. While she needs your name for CLE purposes, your responses will be anonymous when they are shared with TLC's staff and board of directors.

TEXAS LAWYERS - Within six weeks after you complete and submit this evaluation, Michele will also report your CLE credits to the MCLE Department of the State Bar of Texas.
