Questions for CMS at 2015 NAME Conference |
1. Reason for Survey
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will present at the 2015 NAME Conference in Baltimore, MD. In order to help them prepare their presentations, they asked NAME to solicit questions ahead of time from our members.
Even if you are not attending the 2015 Conference, we welcome your questions. As a NAME member, you will have access to the CMS presentation materials after the Conference. We ask that you use this survey tool to submit your questions.
The NAME Governmental Affairs & Public Relations Committee will review and forward questions to CMS for a response. Some questions may be slightly reworded for clarity or, if multiple questions are received on one topic, questions may be consolidated into one.
Questions must be submitted on or before June 1, 2015 to allow CMS adequate time to prepare.
Information about who submitted the question will not be shared with the federal agency. However, we request that you provide contact information in case we need clarification regarding your questions.
Please do not include questions regarding the Free Care Policy. Questions regarding this guidance have previously been requested and submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and will be addressed at the conference. Also, please do not include specific state questions that can only be addressed by your state agency and not by CMS.
