What is the Willowgrove University Heights Community Association?
The Willowgrove University Heights Community Association (WUHCA) enhances the quality of life for neighbours by organizing sports, culture and recreational activities.
WUHCA is a non-profit organization that recruits and trains volunteers, plans and administers accessible recreation programs at a low cost to residents, and works to build community and encourage neighbours to get to know each other.
