Tutor intervention in TP

Dear CELTA candidate / graduate,
I am a CELTA tutor doing research for a talk I will be giving at the IATEFL conference in Harrogate in April entitled: ' Tutor intervention in TP - helping or hindering? '
I have the results from an earlier survey of CELTA tutors but it would be invaluable to have input from people at the receiving end of intervention. 'Intervention' can range from the tutor simply signalling that time is up or to put students into pairs right to the tutor actually taking over the lesson and doing some teaching.
Feel free to write to me directly with feedback as well as responding to the questions below.
Many thanks.
