Speaker bio: Eric VanGorden is the Senior Product Manager, Research Solutions within ProQuest. In this role, he supports the RefWorks product line, which now includes the brand new ProQuest Flow service. He is focused on customer driven development of these products and also ensuring that customer needs are met by these solutions. He has been with ProQuest for fifteen years, thirteen of which have been working with licensing content from academic publishers.
