Event Details Sunday 15 May, 2016

Come along with your family and friends on the Sunday AFTER Mother's Day to remember mums past and present. Help the Mt Toolebewong & District Landcare Group revegetate a section of the Badger Creek to create better platypus habitat. Rare Powerful Owls and Yellow-bellied Gliders also use this area. Our site is on the corner of Badger Creek Rd and Bluegum Dve, Badger Creek, and parking is available.
Bring sturdy shoes, clothing suitable for the weather, and gloves if you have them. Some gloves will be provided, and all plants and tools.
Three sessions are available for a one hour planting activity between 10 am and 12 pm, and numbers are limited, so please book early to obtain your preferred choice. We have equipment for a maximum of 50 people per session, and light refreshments will be served after each session.
Please note that the site is beside a creek and family members must supervise children closely. No family pets permitted.
The event will proceed if rain is expected, but will be cancelled if high winds or storms are forecast.
For any enquiries, please contact Karen on 5962 5115.
