Welcome to our survey studying the relationships between yourself, others in society and whatever you consider to be the "Transcendent" or "Divine". This questionnaire asks your opinions about blood donation, helping, and spirituality. The aim of this study is to find out the similarities and differences of these attributes between Turkish and American cultures and how they relate to each other.
The investigator of the study is Sevde Duzguner, a visiting scholar at the Department of Psychology at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga recently. She is also a PhD candidate at Necmettin Erbakan University and a research affiliate at Marmara University in Turkey. The co-investigators of the study are Dr. Ralph W. Hood and Dr. Christopher Silver at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Thomas J. Coleman is the manager of the project.
You have the right to have all data about you destroyed at any time by contacting Sevde Duzguner (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Christopher Silver (Christopheremail@example.com). You may get a copy of the finalized results and any reports once the data is analyzed from Sevde Duzguner.
The research has been approved by the University Institutional Review Board. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes and you must be 18 years or older to participate in this study.
