ACDR is working on a strategic plan.
Over the years, ACDR has been instrumental in building resiliency among individuals and communities impacted by HIV. ACDR has initiated many HIV/AIDS prevention, support and care programs and services. ACDR recognizes it has a crucial role to play in opening dialogue on issues of healthy sexuality and community support in the catchment area it serves.
Currently, ACDR is undertaking a strategic planning process to help the organization focus its energies and priorities in ways that will meet the current and emerging needs of the communities it serves. As part of this process ACDR seeks your input to help determine their key strategic directions for the next 3 to 4 years from 2015 onwards. Your responses to the following questions will be presented to the ACDR Board of Directors at a strategic planning retreat to be held later this year.
