Many companies are handling employees' personal use of social media, such as Facebook, YouTube and Twitter, by banning or limiting use at work or firing employees when online behavior is deemed harmful to the company.

Sadly, there is little research to guide companies in establishing a Social Media Policy. Your opinion and experience will help fill that gap.
