1. School Climate RHS Student
Dear Student,
You are being asked to complete this survey in support of a district goal to assess how all members of our school community (students, parents, and the adults who work at the school) feel about their school environment.
• As you respond to each item, focus on your thoughts and feelings based on your own personal experiences as a student at your school.
• There are no right or wrong answers. We just want to know how you feel. Your responses will provide us with important information to help your school become even better.
• All your responses are completely anonymous. Survey results will be reported only for all students together.
• The survey should take you approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
• Your feedback by April 30, 2015, is greatly appreciated.
