1. School Climate RHS Parent
Dear Parents/Guardians,
You are being asked to complete this school climate survey in support of our district goal to assess how all members of our school community (students, parents, and the adults who work at the school) feel about their school environment.
• As you respond to each item, focus on your thoughts and feelings based on your own personal experience with the school, as well as your perceptions of your child’s experiences as a student.
• There are no right or wrong answers. We just want to know how you feel. Your responses will provide us with important information to help your child’s school become even better.
• All of your responses are completely anonymous and results will be reported as group responses.
• The survey should take you no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete.
• Your feedback by April 30, 2015, is greatly appreciated.
