The purpose of this survey is to provide insights into your organization's readiness to pursue change. It may be taken before a specific effort launches, or during the course of an ongoing initiative. Survey respondents may consider a single instance of change, or think more broadly about their organization's general change capabilities. In any case, survey results will identify areas of opportunity to increase the odds of change success.
Following survey completion, respondents will receive a one-page findings report. A Schaffer consultant will be in touch to offer a complimentary interpretation and action planning discussion.
