The purpose of this survey by the NC Conference Missions Team is to discover the types of missions activities in which our local churches participate. This survey should take about 15 minutes of your time to complete, but it will offer our team and the Conference leadership valuable information about the quantity and quality of our outreach ministries in our churches.
