Experience

Thank you for showing interest in being a part of School Support Teams for 2014-16. The following survey will provide us a snapshot of your background and strengths that you could bring to the success of these teams. The survey will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete. Once you enter the survey you must finish within one sitting (it will not let you save and come back later).

School Support Teams are small groups of education professionals who meet to support the development of and problem-solve challenges associated with Oregon Priority and Focus school improvement efforts. School Support Teams function in a collaborative fashion, with school and district team members working alongside hand-selected external team members with expertise matched to the school’s needs.

Surveys will be accepted through Friday, May 16th, 2014. The following will be used to determine candidates to invite for interviews:
• The number of anticipated candidates needed for the 2014-2016 school year based on the anticipated number of new schools to add to the project.
• The expertise and skill sets that are anticipated of new candidates (matched to school needs).

Interviews will be conducted the week of June 16th, 2014 at the Oregon Department of Education in Salem, Oregon. Approved candidates will be placed on the Approved Candidates List. Not all approved candidates will be selected to serve on Support Teams.
