Mucho talento humano que formó parte en algún momento del CIAT ha forjado excelentes carreras en importantes organizaciones de investigación en todo el mundo, empleando lo que aprendieron mientras estuvieron en el Centro para alcanzar sus metas profesionales.
El CIAT busca fomentar una red naciente de este personal. El objetivo de esta iniciativa es aprender de sus experiencias y multiplicarlas y fortalecer nuestras conexiones de modo que nos permita identificar nuevas oportunidades de alianzas en investigación agrícola para el desarrollo. Finalmente, el CIAT busca colaborar aún más de cerca con universidades con el objetivo común de motivar a personas talentosas para que emprendan carreras en investigación agrícola. Por eso lo invitamos a que nos hable sobre su experiencia en el CIAT y las preferencias con respecto a la red.
Los datos recolectados serán utilizados para crear la red y hacer mas eficiente el accionar de la misma.

People of considerable talent, who had once been part of CIAT, are forging excellent careers in other important research organizations throughout the world, reaching their professional goals by using what they had learned at the Center.
CIAT seeks to foster a growing network of these ex-personnel. The objectives are to learn of their experiences and multiply them, and to strengthen the Center’s connections in such a way that we can identify new opportunities for partnerships in agricultural research for development. CIAT also seeks to collaborate even more closely with universities with the same objective of motivating talented people to start careers in agricultural research. We therefore invite you to tell us about your experiences in CIAT and your preferences with respect to the CIAT Alumni Network.
Data collected will be used to create the Network and make it efficient.
