We thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the following survey about Matheny-Withrow Elementary School. A needs assessment is the first step in the application process for an Illinois State Board of Education School Improvement Grant (SIG). This needs assessment is designed to help pinpoint the areas in which a school and district needs to focus and prioritize its resources in order to significantly improve student achievement.
